How do I know? As a marketer for the past ten years, I’ve helped over 300 clients across 2500 projects see major results through content marketing.
But I wasn’t always so focused on content marketing and how it can impact business growth.
Back in 2007, I had $50 to my name, and I decided to start a lifestyle and productivity blog that focused on helping people set goals and get better at various aspects of life.
Of course, I had no clue what I was doing and certainly didn’t know a thing about content marketing.
But it worked.
That little blog pulled in over 10,000 visitors per month and more importantly, it opened the door to have my writing published in The Huffington Post, INC Magazine, LifeHack.org, Forbes.com, and a host of other smaller publications.
It also opened the door to my very first job in content marketing where I created and grew a content portfolio that was valued close to $3 million.
