What if I told you there was a way for you to grow your business without having to spend thousands of dollars on ads a month, do TikTok dance videos every day, or wrack your brain trying to figure out where your audience is online or what they need?
All of these situations are familiar to me. When I first started my business, I knew crafting content consistently was the way to gain visibility and win more business. But I was so deep into client work that I felt like I didn’t have the time. When I did, I would put out something here and there, but it was not consistent. I would look at peers’ content and feel like I couldn’t do better and didn’t have anything new to provide.
It wasn’t until I took a step back and created a content strategy that has worked for my business and for my clients, allowing us to craft thought leadership that matters, gain visibility to new audiences, and share useful and relevant information with potential clients.
What if I told you that you can create content and build your business without blood, sweat, and tears through a three step process that:
Having the right content marketing strategies in place works.
How do I know? As a marketer for the past ten years, I’ve helped over 300 clients across 2500 projects see major results through content marketing.
But I wasn’t always so focused on content marketing and how it can impact business growth.
Back in 2007, I had $50 to my name, and I decided to start a lifestyle and productivity blog that focused on helping people set goals and get better at various aspects of life.
Of course, I had no clue what I was doing and certainly didn’t know a thing about content marketing.
But it worked.
That little blog pulled in over 10,000 visitors per month and more importantly, it opened the door to have my writing published in The Huffington Post, INC Magazine, LifeHack.org, Forbes.com, and a host of other smaller publications.
It also opened the door to my very first job in content marketing where I created and grew a content portfolio that was valued close to $3 million.
Eventually, I opened my own agency. Started booking clients and perfected my process of content marketing.
And nope, I never spent thousands of dollars or created multi-level funnel pages or did any hard selling.
I wrote books, 16 of them to be exact and 4 became bestsellers on Amazon.com.
I think it’s obvious that content is my jam. I am committed to helping you achieve goals in your business through content marketing strategies that work.
